Where are your products made?

All our products are made and packaged in the UK.

What products should I take for conception support?

We've designed our range of products to support natural conception through to advanced IVF support.

Our Fundamental range provides the foundation of nutritional support for men and women. To that, we recommend that most people add omega-3 and CoQ10 (dose dependent on situation).

For advanced support for the trickiest of cases we will soon be adding Embryonic Woman and Embryonic Man - a high dose nutrient powder to support the best quality eggs and sperm for IVF. These can be taken in conjunction with Fundamental, CoQ10 and omega-3.

Why do you use folate instead of folic acid?

Folic acid supplementation is recommended by the NHS for women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant to reduce the chance that the baby develops with a neural tube defect.

Folic acid must be converted in the liver via the enzyme MTHFR to the active form 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) before the body can use it.

Up to 40% of the population has a genetic variant of MTHFR that reduces how efficiently they can convert folic acid to folate. Anybody with this variant may end up not absorbing enough folate and end up with unmetabolised folic acid in the bloodstream.

Therefore we use bioactive 5-MTHF that everyone's body can use directly. This also avoids the potential risks of unmetabolised folic acid accumulating in the blood stream.

Discounts and offers

Can I subscribe and save?

We do not currently offer "subscribe and save" but we do offer 3 month bundles with that are discounted 25% or more.

Why is my discount code not working?

This could be because the code has expired or is not valid in conjunction with another discount that has already been applied. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us at the link below so we can help you directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Delivery

What UK delivery options do you offer?

We offer free tracked delivery with Royal Mail within the UK (2-4 days) on orders over £40.

Otherwise tracked 48 is £2.99.

If you're in a rush, you can upgrade to tracked next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. Tracked 24 service is £4.99.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not currently offer international delivery but this is something we are working hard to bring about in the near future once we have identified reliable solutions. The last thing we would want is to disappoint you by taking an order we are not confident we can fulfil.

Where is my order?

My order hasn't arrived

We send out tracking information once each order is dispatched. If you haven't received this, please check your spam. If you still can't access your tracking information, please email info@fertilityhero.co.uk and we will help put it right.

My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received it

Please check with neighbours and in any "safe places", behind bike shed etc... If you can't locate your parcel, please emails us at info@fertilityhero.co.uk and we will help you as soon as possible.

Cancellations, returns and refunds?

Can I cancel my order?

We get to work on processing orders pretty much immediately, but it's just possible we may be able to cancel your order if you email us as soon as possible. If it's too late, you can return the order to us in perfect, saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund. You will need to cover the cost of postage and we recommend using a tracked service as we can only issue a refund on receipt of your returned items.

How do I return my order?

We hope you love your items but in the event that you do need to return them, we offer a 30 day fuss-free returns policy.

Please email us at info@fertilityhero.co.uk to notify us about your return and then send your package back to us with a note of your name and order number and we will issue a full refund.
