We know that choosing supplements, especially for fertility, isn't a casual decision. That's why we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on your first purchase if you are not completely happy with it. 

Terms

  • The guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of a product
  • You need to let us know within 30 days of placing the order

How to claim your refund

1. Let us know about your intention to return
Email us at info@fertilityhero.co.uk within 30 days of your order. Please include:

  • "Money back guarantee" in the subject line of your email
  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • A brief explanation of why you’ve changed our mind - this will help us improve our service in the future

2. Processing your return
We will confirm that your return has been accepted and provide you with instructions for the returns process.  

3. Returning your order

  • You must return the product, even if it's been opened or partially used
  • Returns must be sent to us in their original packaging (if available). Please include your order number in the return and ensure it’s securely packaged for shipping. You need to cover the cost of the return.

We will reply within 2 working days with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details.

Please return the product (including packaging) within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email. Please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are not returned to us.

We try to issue refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days before contacting us. 

Delivery charges (including express), custom fees, import duties, taxes (for deliveries outside of the UK) are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above stated conditions have not been met, or if we believe there has been an attempt to abuse our policy. The guarantee applies only to individuals defined as consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4. Refund 

  • We will issue a full refund once the returned product has been received
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to be visible in your account

Please note

  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable
  • You cover the return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item

The guarantee doesn’t apply to bundle deals, subscription renewals, or limited edition products unless explicitly stated.
